I demanded euphoria and I got it!

Sadly I could not think up a better title. Apologies for that.
Well I'm back after a lengthy accidental sabbatical from the world of blogging, Oh how I have missed it!
There have been MANY a changes to my life since my last post, thus why I have been ever so slightly distracted.
You will be happy to know, all my innumerable blog followers that I'm currently composing this post from my iPhone 4! Yipee! Victory dance! I love my iPhone like a small child! It's great, it there nothing it can't do?!?!
Well before I continue filling this post extolling the wonders and virtues of the wondrous iPhone I must fill you in on some further developments!

I GOT MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!
Yes it's been nearly 6 months now since my wonderful husband and I said I do.
And what an amazing six months it has been.
The wedding was FANTASTIC! well we think so anyway.
Also considering it was planned in 4 months I think I did pretty well.
My dutiful friend upon whom I foisted this fledgling blog on was my bridesmaid along with my sister. It was great. Great food, great wine, GREAT honeymoon.
Now I'm settling into life as a loving wife. I have experienced many new things since getting married and moving away from my family. And there are many things that I will be adding to this blog in the next few weeks.
Until then goodnight and sweet dreams, I'm rather enjoying hearing my husband talk in his sleep next to me.
Oh and in case you were wondering I did eventually crack and show him my blog. And as usual he was the picture of support and encouragement.



So I married him :)

Envy, Line 1!

So I'm currently suffering from a SEVERE case of iphone envy :(
We've all been there at some point, I don't care what you say, for all those people that say, 'Oh no, no no, I'm SO over the iphone, just a fad' I know the truth!! You want one, but since you have taken a stand you cannot retract your 'statement'.

WELL SUFFER!!

I personally have been fighting the urge to throw myself down in front of the local shopping centre phone shop and screaming "I WANT AN iphone 4 AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!
They seem to be everywhere! I can't escape!!
I would like to say that my old phone is holding up to the gauntlet thrown down by the iphone, but alas no :( my phone is falling apart at the seams, literally! the back is falling off, it's being held together with tape at the moment, the memory is full, over full even :( I have to delete old pics to take new ones!! WHY??? WHY?? WHY???

Not only do I have the stonehenge of phones to deal with, but I am cursed with duel phones :( that's right, two phones, long story, it's what happens when you sign up for a new phone on a two year plan only to meet the love of your life 2 months later who lives FOREVER away and is on another network and when your bill jumps from $59 a month up to $480, you get on the same network quick smart!!  

Well now I wait and hope that I can upgrade to an iphone 4, I see it as the answer to my prayers, one phone that's NOT falling apart.
Hopefully I will get one soon..... until then, lets hope I can continue refraining from hurling myself to the ground and throwing a tantrum that would make a two year old blush.

So I'm back, I know it didn't take me long but I appear to be rather addicted to this whole blogging thing. please be sure to remind me that I said that in 6 months time.


So I cracked! I had planned to not show this blog to anyone, to let people stumble across it as they traversed this thing called the Internet, but alas, I have no patience.


So I foisted my blog in all it's single post glory upon an unsuspecting audience, OK fine, maybe not an audience, not even a small group, nor did I show my loving boyfriend,  but rather I this cast upon one single person who has misfortune of being my closest friend. 
She shares my name and my ability to appear just a little bit crazy to others, I think this is why we get along so well.


She was one of the people who encouraged me to do this, although she wouldn't know it.
So dear readers (I can only assume you number in the thousands by now! ) if this blog goes horribly wrong I think we all now know who we can blame.


Well I hate to break it to you all, but my friend was rather encouraging about my blog, she lives a fair distance away so she could have told me it was a disaster without any real threat of retribution on my part, but instead as a true friend she has encouraged me to continue with this spectacle. 


So continue I shall.

OK, So I admit the title is a little deep, ambitious if you will, fine it's downright hoity toity.
But  I think it has some validity, in my case anyway.

I'm hoping that this blog will be just that, somewhere for me to speak from my soul, about the things I find, interesting, amusing, confusing or horrendously annoying.
It may branch off from there, who knows, I've got a lot to tell you!

The fact that no one will likely ever read this doesn't really bother me.
It's something I'm doing for myself, something I NEED to do.

So to whoever may be glancing at their screen right now reading this I say "Hello and how on earth did you stumble across my blog?"

 Well now that's covered and since we began with Shakespeare, we may as well end with it.
